8. How to deal with the defects?
During the guarantee period, we will send you new products with new orders for small quantity. As the defective batch products, we will free change new ones for you or we can discuss the solution including recall based on the problems.

9. What is your terms of payments?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before the delivery. we will show you the photoes of the products and the packages before you pay the balance.

10. Which method of transport would be better?
Generally, we suggest making shipment by air which is faster and riskless for transportation.(We also can follow another transportation method you ask)
